ORDERS & SHIPPING:

Free shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) is applied to all orders over $100 with U.S. zip codes. We do not ship internationally.

Your order will be guaranteed to be shipped within 24 hours of receiving it when orders are placed before 11:00 a.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. (Except during US holidays when orders will be shipped the following work day.) Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (EST) Monday through Saturday will be shipped the following work day. The United States Postal Service (USPS) AND Ground UPS are the only carriers we use at this time.

Returns and Refunds:

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. A refund of 70% of the purchase price is given for opened products or those returned after 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of the receipt is required for either refund. No returns are accepted for refrigerated probiotics as they will spoil in transit without ice packs.
